Cafe Calabria is a family run restaurant built on the traditional Italian values of food and family. At a young age of 23, Michael Futia opened the doors to Cafe Calabria in August of 2012. Working beside him were his parents, Francesco and Rosanna, as well as 2 of his sisters and his 2 brothers. Today, the family remembers their late father by sharing his love for Italian food through his recipes he brought with him from Calabria, Italy. Chef Mike and Chef Gianfranco grew up in a traditional Italian household celebrating food and family.
